Our Projects and Process: Our work is traditionally in three main areas – large scale residential renovations, including additions and renovations of existing space, the deconstruction of existing homes, and re-building new custom homes. We have anywhere from 4-6 projects under construction at any one time and have the capacity to handle more as we have the resources of our sister company, Timberlake Homes, to draw from. We spend a great deal of time working with our customers to make sure that the projects turn out better than expected. We explore the various options that are available to them so that they can make good decisions. We also will help to value engineer each project to look for ways to save money without compromising quality. Approach to Customer Satisfaction: We want our customers to be more than satisfied, we want them to be delighted with the results of our projects. Our homeowners get a great value and, more importantly, get projects that are extremely well built.
